Craig Deere did absolutely everything any realtor could possibly do to help us sell our home and buy another one.  He created a “personal website” for our home using our address; uploaded excellent information and photos of our home; held several "realtor-only" open houses to expand exposure, plus had several “open houses” on Sundays for interested buyers.  Craig also made certain our home had good Sunday newspaper real estate exposure, including for the open houses.

At the same time, Craig began showing us numerous potential homes for sale, all within the area we had requested, with the specific requirements we needed, and in our price range.  He extended courtesy, patience, and consideration with all the "ups and downs" that can come from both selling and buying a home -- and certainly showed a calm resolve when needed. Craig knows the ins and outs of the real estate market and was extremely helpful in guiding us through this somewhat daunting process.

Best of all, Craig was successful in helping us find both a buyer for our old home and in purchasing our new home, all within our time frame!   We are very happy with both aspects of this move -- and credit Craig Deere with helping us make this possible.
